- Online Payment Option
We accept MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, and Diners Club for both domestic and international transactions through a secure online payment gateway. The payment transaction will typically be completed within 20 to 25 seconds, depending on your internet connection. The bank will authorize the transaction directly, ensuring that your card information does not pass through us. Our website uses SSL encryption for secure transactions, making it safer than using a credit card in-person. Travezy charges a reasonable service fee on all booking transactions. In case of cancellation, date changes, or exchanges, a service fee will apply. All transaction fees are non-refundable.
- Internet Banking
Payments can also be made through your bank’s NEFT options if you have an account with a national or private bank. Travezy processes payments through an online gateway system to ensure safe and secure transactions.
- Delivery of Products/Services
- E-Tickets: For flight bookings, an electronic ticket (e-ticket) will be generated. This paperless document includes a unique confirmation number that you must present at the airport check-in counter. Your e-ticket will be sent to the email address you provided during booking. If you do not receive your e-ticket within 2 hours, please contact our Customer Care Representative at +91-9321144918
- Boarding Pass: Present your e-ticket confirmation email, e-ticket, and a photo ID (passport, driver’s license, etc.) at the airline check-in counter to receive your boarding pass.
- Amendment and Cancellation Policy
To amend or cancel your ticket, contact the airline’s Customer Care directly. A standard charge of Rs.250 per person per sector will apply for offline flight cancellations, in addition to the airline's own cancellation fees. Rescheduling flights will incur a Rs.250 per person per sector fee.
- Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 20 working days from the cancellation request, subject to receipt of refunds from the service provider or airline. Refunds for credit card payments will be issued to the original credit card, while other payment methods will be refunded by cheque within 30 days. Travezy acts as a facilitator and is not liable for any issues related to third-party services or delays in refunds. Convenience fees charged at booking are non-refundable. Refunds cannot be processed for lost or damaged tickets.
- Promotion Codes
Travezy may offer promotion codes that can be used for discounts on the site. We reserve the right to add, alter, modify, withdraw, or replace these promotions and their terms without prior notice.
- Passport Information
Passport details are mandatory for all international flight bookings. It is the user’s responsibility to provide valid passport information.
- Visa Guidelines
Ensure you have a valid visa for the country you are visiting or transiting through. Check with the airline or embassy for specific visa requirements.
- Limitation of Liability
Except for the obligations set forth and claims arising directly, neither party will be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to damages arising from breach of contract, warranty, negligence, or strict liability, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Neither party, its affiliates, nor related companies will be liable to the other party or any third party.
- General
- Jurisdiction: Any disputes should first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue for arbitration will be Mumbai.
- Force Majeure: Neither party will be responsible for failure to fulfill obligations due to causes beyond reasonable control, including government actions, acts of God, fires, floods, labor disturbances, riots, or wars.
