User Agreement

This User Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which Travezy provides services to Users seeking to purchase products and/or services through our website or other channels, including sales representatives, mobile apps, customer support centers, agents, and promotional campaigns. In this agreement, "User" and "Travezy" are individually referred to as a "party" and collectively as the "parties."

User’s Responsibility for Awareness of This Agreement

By accessing or using this site or any of its services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below, including any supplementary guidelines and future modifications. Travezy reserves the right to modify, alter, or remove any part of these terms and conditions without prior notice. The rights and responsibilities of both the User and Travezy concerning any services provided are limited to the scope of this agreement. Travezy also reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any of its services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.

Certain products or services are provided by third-party suppliers. In addition to this agreement, Users must understand and accept the Terms of Service (TOS) of these third-party suppliers. Travezy will provide and update these TOS, which will be considered part of this agreement. Users should read and accept the relevant TOS for the services or products they utilize. Travezy’s services are offered to Users on the condition that they accept the terms without modification. By using Travezy’s services, Users agree to this agreement and the TOS. If Users do not agree with any part of these terms, they should refrain from using Travezy’s services.

Third-Party Account Information

By using the Travezy website and app, Users authorize Travezy and its agents to access third-party sites, including banks and payment gateways, on their behalf to retrieve the necessary details. During registration, Users should choose a secure password and maintain its confidentiality. Users are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under their account or password. If Users experience any unauthorized use of their account or other security breaches, they must promptly notify Travezy in writing. Travezy will not be liable for any losses incurred due to unauthorized use of a User’s password or account.
